I ordered from tigermedical.com, the product info was right on the money. The size, features, and little details all matched what was listed, so there weren’t any surprises when it showed up. I really appreciated that because it made me feel like I knew exactly what I was buying before I placed the order.

"Fairly Smooth Tracking and Delivery"
I ordered from Tiger Medical, and to be fair, the tracking was really easy to follow. They sent the tracking info quickly, and it actually updated along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering where my order was.
Everything arrived when they said it would, and the package was in good shape. Nothing fancy, but that’s all I expected and they delivered on it. I’d order from them again.

The site works fine, like... I did end up finding what I needed eventually. The search is okay, but the filters felt a little clunky to me, and I had to click around more than I expected. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of not as smooth as it could be

"Solid order, but the shipping gave me pause"
I ordered a few medical supplies from Tiger Medical the whole thing was smooth. The website was easy enough to figure out, nothing weird happened, and everything arrived in good shape. The packing felt solid too, which I always appreciate with this kind of stuff.
The only thing that kind of bothered me was the shipping cost. I can’t fully explain it, but it just felt like more than it should’ve been for what I bought. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just one of those things that makes you hesitate for a second. Since the order showed up on time and everything was fine, I’d probably order from them again

I had a quick question about my order so I emailed tigermedical.com, not expecting to hear back that fast. They replied the same day and actually gave me a real answer instead of some generic copy paste response. It was easy to get things sorted out and the update was really helpful. Overall, solid customer service from my experience

I ordered a few medical supplies from Tiger Medical and overall it was a good experience, I think. The items felt solid and did what they were supposed to do, so that was nice. One of the packages came looking a little rough like it had a small adventure before getting to me, but the product inside was totally fine. I’d probably buy from them again.

"Helpful support for our business account"
We use Tiger Medical for office supplies at work, and I had to reach out because I was trying to set up our business account correctly. Totally calm situation, of course, even though I was staring at the billing screen like it had personally wronged me.
The support team got back to me quickly and helped fix a billing detail that I had messed up. They were easy to talk to and thankfully didn’t make it feel like a big dramatic issue, which I appreciated.
Since then, ordering has been smooth and straightforward. It’s just nice to know there’s an actual person who can help when something comes up.

My item ended up being on backorder, which was definitely a bit annoying at first. That said, they kept me updated quickly and it shipped when they said it would, so I appreciated that. "Nice staff, but shipping had me a little confused"
The staff were really professional and took the time to answer my questions, which I appreciated because I wasn’t totally sure about a few things. They didn’t rush me at all. The only part that kind of confused me was the shipping since it took longer than I expected, but overall it was still a good experience

I ordered a few supplies from tigermedical.com, and the shipping was just okay. Everything did arrive in good shape, so I’ll give them that, but it took a couple extra days longer than I expected and the tracking updates were vague. When I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned apologies they send everyone, which didn’t really help much. Not a terrible experience, but clearer tracking and less copy-paste customer service would make a difference.

"I had one of the units start acting..."
I had one of the units start acting up after a few months, which was annoying because of course it happened right when I needed it. I reached out to Tiger Medical about the warranty, and it took a couple emails back and forth to get everything straightened out. Not the fastest process ever, and I did wonder for a minute if it was going to drag on, but they did help and got the replacement started. So overall, not perfect, but fair enough and they took care of it
